To clear this up:

Pentagram: A 5-pointed star. 

Pentacle: A 5-pointed star with a CIRCLE AROUND IT. Primarily used as a religious symbol for Wiccans, and general Pagans-alike. 

Inverted Pentacle: A 5-pointed star UPSIDE DOWN (top point centered down) with a circle around it. Commonly mistaken as an evil/Satanic symbol, but is actually a symbol of the god Baphomet.
